Each rabbit, prior to adoption has been spayed or neutered, 
ears have been cleaned and toenails clipped. 
We feel it is necessary to spay or neuter rabbits because they are the third most popular house pet
and are turned into shelters on a daily basis all around the country.

Pet rats are gentle, friendly and very social
creatures.

We have seven new female babies scheduled for spays on Tuesday, June 3. They are then ready to find their new HOMES!!









Jamaica and Moxie each had 9 beautiful babies who
 were born on April 3rd at CHS. They were in the custody of
  Mainely Rat Rescue where they were raised in two loving foster homes.  
  The babies have been handled daily since birth and are healthy, 
  well socialized and happy little ratties.  
  The babies are adorable black hoodies, PEW and Himalayans.
  
  





Hey - please don't overlook our two sweet big "squishes": brothers ELMER (neutered black Hoodie) and
WHISKEY (neutered Pink Eyed White) who have been looking for just the right home since they arrived here in March. They need a home
without small children and lots of patience and tender loving care!
