Lou-E

Lou-E is a 10 year old Shih Tzu; he is neutered and weighs 19 pounds. Lou-E came to us because his owners worked all the time and no longer had ample time to care for or meet his needs. Lou-E is mostly house trained, knows down, speak, and comes when called. He is crate trained as well and loves car rides. He loves all people and is gentle with children. He does not like other animals and is protective of toys with other animals around. Lou-E does show obvious symptoms of separation anxiety. He can become destructive when left alone i.e. he chews furniture and will mark territory - both signs of an anxious dog. An informational sheet will be given to his new family on separation anxiety. Lou-E would benefit from a home where people can be home most of the time. Lou-E is a Senior (learn more) dog. We will waive the adoption fee for the right placement. |
