Bijou
|
Bijou is a 9 year old Bichon Frise; he is neutered and weighs 18 pounds. Bijou came to us when his owners could no longer afford to care for him. Our staff veterinarian has removed Bijou’s right eye after it was discovered this little darling had an ulcerated cornea and suffered from cherry eye. With Bijou’s physical needs now being met, he is ready for his new forever home. His owners did not share too much information with us, but we do know he is housetrained and is a true sweetheart. Bichons are loving, happy, and playful dogs and, though alert, they are not barkers. Because this is a breed that is not particularly fond of small children, any children in his new home must be age thirteen or older. The coat of a Bichon Frise requires a lot of care. Bijou is currently being treated for Lyme disease. Bijou is a Senior (learn more) dog. We will waive the adoption fee for the right placement. |
